1. Fill in Shore Pass at Immigration desk Such as Ship Registration, Name, Gender,Nationality, DOB, PPT #, then sign it.
2. Check off your name on GenDec
3. Go thru passport control

2. For PIC, fill out 3 Application for Crew Member’s Landing Permit as well *sample attached
3. Check off your name on GenDec
4. Go thru passport control

※Crew arrive/depart by commercial airlines
*Need Multi port shore pass if status will change.
EX: CREW-PAX, PAX-CREW
Cases are caused such as AL in/GA out, GA in/AL out
*Procedure is the same as multi port shore pass
Caution
Points to be aware of….
*Loss of shore pass is strictly forbidden. Shore pass should be always kept together with the PSPT.
*Range of activity is limited. HND: Tokyo, Kanagawa NRT: Tokyo, Chiba
Handler should explain carefully these two points to CREW. If crew enters on a shore pass, PSPT is not stamped but the shore pass is legally valid as immigration stamp.
